- Systems Engineer (SEs)
- Designs and provides on-going operational support of infrastructure.
- Defines and implements storage sub-system configurations, performing needs assessments, and recommendations of solutions.
- Performs system monitoring, system administration, system back-ups, fine tuning, system controls, and documentation. The role may install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoots any issues relating to storage infrastructure technologies.
- Pre-sales Consultant
- Partners with the Account Managers (AMs) in the sales process.
- Holds the fundamental ownership of all technical aspects associated with customer accounts.
- Responsible for delivering pre sales technical support and technology direction guidance to
customers and partners.
- In-depth analysis of the customer problems and the delivery of suitable solutions. The candidate
must possess a passion for storage-related technology and an affinity and passion for the sales
environment and process. The individual in this position must have strong, customer-facing technical
and communications skills (both verbal and written), a commitment to life-long learning, a positive
attitude, creativity, resourcefulness, team spirit, and determination.
